The Fundación Arte Hispánico was created in 1998 as a non-profit private organization with the purpose of encouraging the study, research and publication of books on Spanish Art in order to further the knowledge of our artistic heritage.

According to the will of the Board, the Foundation has the following goals:

To provide economical support for studies, scholarships, research, doctoral theses, monographs, catalogues raisonné, etc., on subjects related to Hispanic Art History.
   
  To develop cultural activities like courses, lectures, congresses, exhibitions, etc.
     
  To promote and finance the restoration and protection of works of art belonging to the Spanish Historical Heritage or Hispanic Art.
